By booking through us you accept all terms and conditions and any breach of these can potentially void your ticket.

As a general rule all guests must be 18 years of age or older, except for certain locations and events such as Llanyrafon Manor and certain tours, however, this will be advertised and detailed on the individual event.

As The Light Fades Events do not stage any activity therefore can not guarantee that anything will take place, however, we will endeavour to carry out numerous experiments to attempt to communicate and engage with spirits.

Due to requirements of our insurance pregnant women are not allowed on our events. Our apologies.

As some of our events are at locations near by to houses and accommodation we ask our customers to respect the area and keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving events.

 As The Light Fades Events do not give refunds if you are unhappy with the event or if you decided not to attend, however, where possible with enough notice we will endeavour to accommodate you at another event if you are unable to attend your booked event. The only time any refunds will be issued is if an event is cancelled by us.

If you are unable to attend due to weather conditions then a refund will not be provided, however, if where possible with enough notice an alternative date or location will be offered.

It is not As The Light Fades Events Responsibility to provide transport or accommodation for an event except where stated on the event listing.

No smoking within our event locations but where possible a smoking area will be provided.

If you have any complaints please speak to a member of staff on the night or email us at atlfevents@hotmail.com and we will aim to resolve any complaints or disputes. If we feel that your complaints are justified we will offer another event as a compensation.

Do to our insurance requirements no Alcohol or drugs are allowed prior to or on the event and anyone found to be under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund. This is also to ensure our guests health and safety is still paramount.  

As The Light Fades Events are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of any guests property including vehicles parked at the event, this is the guests liability.

If an event venue cancels on us or changes the date we will insure that an alternative date or location is offered to you. Where this is not possible a gift voucher will be provided for any future events.

As our events usually take part at night and in potentially old building and outside guests are advised to wear warm clothing and suitable footwear. Furthermore, due to the nature of these locations and events guests with a nervous disposition may struggle to take part, however, on majority of events the HUB will be in place for them to view the investigation. Finally, each guest who attends the event does so at their own risk and As The Light Fades Events accept no liability for any accidents or injury.

In some cases, an event may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case then we will refund you. We will contact you at least 3- 5 days prior to the event. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings etc.

We cannot guarantee that mediums, the HUB setup or ‘Only The Brave’ experiments will but at all of our events.

​As with all advertised events, from time to time you will see price reductions and offers. You will not be refunded any price difference.

Where possible we will aim to provide inclusive events for all, but due to the nature of some locations full accessibility may not be available for people with limited mobility or wheelchairs. We will strive to arrange locations that provide for all.
