R.I.P. South Wales

Prior to our events we aim to carry out an investigation of the locations we provide without member of the public, this is done to establish any evidence so we can present to our guests on events and to identify areas within a location that may be points of interest to visit on the night of the events. These investigations are conducted by our sister team R.I.P. South Wales. Three of our core team members are members of R.I.P. South Wales and our founder also founded our sister team.

About R.I.P. South Wales

​

R.I.P. South Wales are a group of paranormal investigators who carry out investigations in domestic and non-domestic properties when contacted. They do not host public events.

  

They formed in 2003 and have carried out investigations ever since, They have a core team of 8 Investigators but also expand to a team of 13 Investigators who are on hand to cover locations.  Founding members of the team are Team leads for As The Light Fades Events.

 

The amount of team members on a investigation is dependant on the clients personal opinion and size of location.

They are a common sense group, who use equipment to monitor and record alleged paranormal activity.
They  adopt a scientific based attitude to investigations and they try to find a natural explanation for activity. They enter a location with a open mind and don't judge.

They will not elaborate any evidence and if we encounter no activity then they will report that they have not encountered any activity.

They are a non profit group and they do not charge. They investigate for free, you will also get a free written report and copies of any evidence collected. You will not have to pay a penny. They pay our own expenses.​

 Theyare not mediums and cannot speak to ghosts and they are not Ghostbusters, but do use scientific equipment to monitor and record any activity.

 

 R.I.P. South Wales aim to carry out investigations to a high standard, they will not laugh at anyone that contacts them even if the requests sound strange. They will investigate any cases that they feel could be genuine cases, they will not follow any cases that they feel could be faked or that will lead them to a dead end. They have the right to refuse any cases that could put there team in any harm.

 

 They will offer support and understanding and are happy to answer any questions that you have, a full rundown of their equipment and what it does is available on request before an investigation. They are available to carry out investigations for up to 48 hours but they must be informed before hand. They are not a business and they do not earn from investigations.
